This was a lot of fun, challenging, and very practical. I was able to start implementing the new skills I learned at work after each learning module. Can't wait to take the advanced course! Thank you!

The course material and assessments were just right and very useful. The course is well structured and the instructors explain things so neatly that there are no doubts left after watching the videos.

Many concepts are not clearly specified. Also the final assignment is a mass.

The delivery is highly professional. The course started off well with the first two modules being easy to follow. However, the quality seemed to decline thereafter due to several reasons: Lack of thorough explanations: While it is shown how to use a certain tool, the course often fails to provide the rationale behind that (why it is used). Unnecessary complexity: The assignments and assessments are occasionally overly complex, requiring additional research. Disconnect between lectures and assignments: The assignments and assessments often seemed unrelated (to some extent) to the lectures. Course structure: The course provides a “Toolbox” with terms and tips at the end of each week. However, it would have been more beneficial if this was introduced at the beginning of each week. This way the leaner may understand the new concepts better; that would also help to complete the assignments. The course does not have any prerequisites. However, I believe that someone new to Excel would struggle beyond Module 3. Even with my decent level of Excel skills, I found the course challenging, especially after Intermediate I. On top of that you would need some understanding of financial analysis when in Advanced module. Therefore, I would not recommend this course to those without some Excel skills or accounting background. There are plenty of online resources for understanding Excel, such as exceljet.net, trumpexcel.com, and Microsoft Support. Overall, the course left me feeling unsatisfied. I felt that I should have opted for a different course, but since I was already halfway through, I decided to finish it. If you do not need a certificate, I would suggest looking for alternatives. However, if you are already skilled and just seeking a recognition, this course might be suitable for you.

The first 5 weeks were great but the last week, Week 6 on Macros, was terrible. Hence this poor rating. The assignments were much tougher than what was covered in the Videos and there was no help provided (see the Discussion Forum for numerous student complaints). I personally sent 4 emails to the staff asking for their help but never got a response even after 1 month. Had to struggle through and spent way too much time on the assignments.

In this day and age this training needs to be updated to reflect excel us on an Apple (Mac) computer. Some of the video moved way too fast and not enough information was covered, particularly for week 6. The exams did not reflect the actual content covered in the practice videos, practice challenge. This class in particular was much more challenging due to the poor training and examples provided.

I would have rated this course with at least 4 stars, if it weren't for week 6. The Content on the Macros was applicable up until the Relative Macros... This needs urgent updating for Office 365 and/or Microsoft Office 2019 at least. I tried to follow the videos and the challenge, but I encountered problems due this. I truly hope that there isn't such an issue in the Advanced Course...

Third Course out of 4. The lessons are good, yet the discussion board has been completely abandonned by any mentor or teacher. Therefore you will find only very little help by other student, or at the worst you will find most of the solutions of the challenges plainly given. It's pity as the lessons are well made but no one cares if the questions are unclear in the assessments.

It would have been better if the close up zoom screen (when the instructors are showcasing examples on excel) are NOT slanted. It was kinda frustrating to see every time the screen is zoomed in and it looks slanted, and not even.

The first two classes in this series were great! The class, the instructor went extremely fast through the practice material and questions asked on assessments were not discussed in the practice sessions. Would NOT recommend.
