Framing SMART questions is the real takeaway in this course. Also, I learned some valuable insights on communication and spreadsheets tools and shortcuts.

I love the part about quantitative versus qualitative data and the information about the process that happens within the company and client communication.

Way better than the first course. Honestly very well structured and finally getting to do hands-on activities was refreshing and nice. Loved this course.

very easy to understand and very informative. The exercises are also fit to introduce the lessons more and to exercise the understanding of the material.

It was a great learning experience about the soft skills required in a day to day office environment and how to navigate my way through tight situations.

It was a challenging course, but I tried to put in all the work and it has paid off. It was fun in the end since I'm just learning about data analytics.

Although this module has a lot of information it's very well structured, objective and clear, and with great challenging exams. Eager to see what's next!

It is so basic but really worth taking as it explains you in detail how to ask questions and also best way to communicate with team, stakeholders etc.

Great, intro course on data analytics! The topic is described clearly and easy to follow. I wish these same people made more in-depth classes to take.

I recently completed the Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions course on Coursera. I found the course to be very informative and well-organized.

The activities were perfect for reinforcing the taught content, but also for boosting my confidence in my ability to do data preparation and handling.

One suggestion I would like to make is to please include one master document at the end of the course which can be used as a template to ask questions
