I like how it emphasizes creating a portfolio, then shows you an exemplar to show you how to tailor it, specifically for recruiters, then tells you to keep working at it for the rest of the learning path! I am excited for the next part of the course

I very much enjoyed this beginner course and have increased my knowledge of cybersecurity and the role of an entry level analyst, historical attacks, cyber terminology, tools and protocols, threat risks and threat managment , organizational assets and ethical technology programs that add value and build trust.

I found the course to be truly worthwhile. The knowledge and skills I gained, especially in using essential tools for combatting threats and managing risks, significantly enhanced my understanding of cybersecurity. The content was informative, and the hands-on experience was invaluable. I highly recommend it.

This introduction course makes me excited to finish the rest of the certificate, it is easy to follow along to with the perfect amount of information in each week. Even if you dont watch the videos, you can read the transcripts which are very easy to follow along compared to other course transcripts ive read.

One of the standout features of the course was its well-structured curriculum. The content was organized logically, starting with foundational concepts and progressively diving deeper into more advanced topics. I absolutely love it; it was very easy to understand especially for a beginner like me who has no IT or computer science background. The course content was world class, every week course or module was light weight and very compact but flexible. Now I am continuing at cyber security please wish me luck, bye.

I loved this course. I was able to come with barely being able to understand what an IP address is, to completely understanding the basics to cybersecurity. I must say, I have wanted this for so long, but I would choke myself out when I would compare it to the movies. I am no Penelopy from Criminal Minds.

This Foundations of Cybersecurity course put it all into perspective on what cybersecurity is and what a cybersecurity analyst does. the information is at a very high level, but that is by design since there is so much more to learn. a fantastic introductory course!

This course is a great introduction of cybersecurity. It doesn't teach the specific technical details of cybersecurity but it prepares for the upcoming parts of learning journey. It describes basic ethics and compliances a cybersec guy needs to avoid any type of misdeeds during the initial part of job.

Very user friendly and it really focuses on the base level of cybersecurity. I am an Army Vet with my Bachelor's Degree in the humanities but this certification is going to propel me into the cyber field. Google has done a lot of research and preparation in this course and it shows in their delivery.

Great introduction to the foundations of cybersecurity. I had no knowledgeable background on this whatsoever and this unit left me feeling confident about the basics. The detailed reading tasks, to videos and quizzes provides a variety of learning techniques in one making it interesting to learn.

At the beginning of this course, I had never had any expectation of being so attach with cybersecurity and beginning to find my interest. I am so glad I was able to complete this course and enhance myself into a new field.

It's a great course, no matter if you have IT knowledge or not, in an interactive way and linking the topics of the classes it teaches you in a didactic way what cybersecurity is all about, and above all how you can collaborate to make cyberspace a safer place for companies and their employees.

I have taken the Google IT Support Specialist Certificate course and this course felt a bit like a refresher of that course so it was still very much helpful. I had forgotten about somethings that were brought and it was good to be able to review that and also learn new things along the way.
